As a graphic designer, I was in charge of designing and curating web assets on a regular basis. I created 100+ web banner designs (examples pictured below) in several aspect ratios and presented them to the e-commerce manager & creative director. We brainstormed concepts for new layouts which I would then prepare multiple versions of for final selection.

Pictured below is some of my work for the Crislu homepage in 2019. Typically I would create multiple versions of banners for the same collection that the e-commerce manager would rotate out every couple of weeks to keep the home page feeling fresh.

E-mail blast design was another major part of my weekly responsibilities. I worked alongside the e-commerce manager to brainstorm campaign ideas which I would then take from concept to completion. I also started writing copy as filler text in place of lorem ipsum that the marketing team loved and wanted to use as the final copy. Starting In 2019, the creative team focused on expanding the customer audience by creating imagery that appealed to a younger demographic. I retained the clean and classic feeling that the Crislu brand is known for and added more color to the e-mail marketing graphics.

Photography Standards

Before I started at Crislu there was no formal naming convention for product photography files and the style guide was severely lacking in detail. Using past photos I created a guide that could be used every time product was sent out for photography and we would receive a consistent result whether or not we used the same photographer.
